Dear Members, Guests & Visitors
Wanstead Golf Club dates back to 1893 and so is steeped in golfing history and tradition, whilst having a very modern outlook towards the clubs place in the local community. It is a very special place, and i am incredibly honoured to be the club captain for 2023.
A golf club, primarily, should be a place to enjoy yourself, and even if the golfing gods don't treat you well, you can be sure of a warm welcome in our bar whilst recounting your tales of triumph or misfortune!
I am very much looking forward to welcoming new and long standing members, visitors and guests to the club, for what i know will be an enjoyable year.
